Conditions

1. Tournament entry is free for GMs, WGMs, IMs, WIMs and players with FIDE Ratings greater than 2500.
2. A limited number of free rooms will be available to the aforementioned titled players for the duration of the competition. These rooms are based on requirement and will be allocated on a first-com-first-serve basis to the titled players who confirm their attendance. Please contact the Chief Organiser if you meet these requirements and would like to be considered for accomodation.
3. Titled players may also discuss with the Chief Organiser other potential conditions as required.
4. All other players are required to budget for their own board, lodgings and entry fees.
5. All players are required to budget for their own transport costs, including airfares.
6. The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any players registering and/or entering the tournament.
